Keep every company in good standing, in every country.

What the Run plan covers.

One monthly price for each company, set by its company type.

Registered office or registered agent

The local address the law requires in each country.

Company secretary

Provided wherever the law requires one, as in Hong Kong.

Annual filings

Every registry return, prepared and filed before it is due.

Routine changes

Directors, shares, address and name, with no separate fee.

Government fees

Billed at cost when they fall due, with no markup.

What still needs a director.

A few confirmations are personal by law. Entiva sends each one with everything filled in.

The UK confirmation statement

A director confirms it personally, because the duty sits with the company and its officers.

Singapore's directors' statement

The directors sign it themselves, because the law does not let them delegate it.

The Cayman annual return

A director confirms the declaration through a link, and Entiva then files it.
