What Entiva needs from you.

A few facts about the company, and a signature where the law names you.

Who owns it

Each owner and the shares they will hold.

Who runs it

The directors, each of whom consents to act.

What it will do

The purpose of the business and the countries it will deal with.

No local address

Entiva provides the registered office by default, so you do not need one.

Sometimes, no signature at all

A Cayman exempted company is normally formed with nothing for you to sign, because Entiva acts as initial subscriber.
