Registration is filed only by the proposed registered agent

No one else may file the application (s.8(1)).

A copy of the partnership agreement kept at the registered agent's office

Any amendment or restated agreement goes to the registered agent within 15 days (s.7(6)-(7)).

Registers of general and limited partners filed with the Registrar

Due within 30 days of registration and of any change; recognised funds file the general partner register only.

Beneficial ownership details filed within 30 days

Changes are also due within 30 days (s.53B).

Notice of change in registered particulars within 14 days

Registered particulars are the details given at registration, such as a partner's name or the registered office (s.10).

Annual financial return lodged with the registered agent

Due within 9 months of year-end (s.54A).

Economic substance declaration

Filed with the International Tax Authority (ITA) within 6 months of the period end; the deadline for periods ending June and December 2025 is extended until further notice.
